A user manual for every person on your team
Selfcarta Teams gives each person a Work Field Guide they control, plus a team map that shows your team's balance, likely friction and gaps. It costs A$12 per seat per month, billed monthly, and you can cancel any time.
Results must not be used for hiring, firing, promotion or other employment decisions. Selfcarta has no candidate-screening feature, and our terms prohibit this use.
What your team gets

Can a manager see my results?
Only what you choose to share. Individual Second Sight results stay private unless you share them.
How does the team map protect people?
It stays hidden until at least 3 members have chosen to share, and then shows aggregates only.
How does billing work?
A monthly Stripe subscription, charged per seat. Cancel in the customer portal.
